The hotel's decoration was lovely, with warm colors and cozy furnishings that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. The hotel also had great accessibility features, such as ramps and elevators, which made it convenient for me to move around without any issues.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff. While they were friendly, there were times when I needed a little extra help and it seemed like they were busy with other tasks.

I always come back to this place because it has everything I need: a kitchenette, a dryer, a flat-screen TV, laundry facilities, and a bar/restaurant. The staff even helped me return my forgotten earphones. Perfect for a romantic escape with beach access, cots, an outdoor pool, and a 24-hour reception.

Only 2 apartments have air-condition, but in information about hotel wroute what the hotel have air-condition. In the apartment was a lot cockroaches. Cleaning of the room not good.

Enjoyed my stay there as I was visiting my daughter who lives there. Would like to stay again if there were offers available, It was clean and tidy and I was not bothered the whole stay. Apart from a certain crowd that was around the pool which were very noisey and miss behaving, So I simply did not enjoy it and decide to go for a walk outside the complex.

The location of the hotel was great, away from the noise and chaos. the pool was also a plus, not overcrowded and a good place to relax. the food at the buffet was delicious and there was plenty of it.

One negative aspect was the lack of air conditioning, especially in the hot summer months.

The apartment was clean and in marvellous location very close to all the shops, the centre of Las Americas, and the beaches. We got some food at fast food restaurant Aberdeen Steak House, nestled 300 metres away. Staff were affable and really kind people. Pool area looked clean.

I wanted to visit the Light and Music Fountain which was conveniently located near Apartamentos Piramides. The staff at the hotel pleasantly surprised me with their reliable service and professionalism. I enjoyed having a drink at the complex's bar and the availability of 4 outdoor pools, a restaurant, and 2 poolside bars. Having shops, restaurants, bars, and leisure areas surrounding the hotel was also a great advantage.
